• Google Inc. first developed by Sergey Brin and Larry Page and were first named as BackRub at year 1996 and in 1997 BackRub is renamed as Google from the word "goo-gol".
  
• In 1998, Google become top search engine and homepage were launched at that time.
  
• Google moves to Mountain View in year 1999 and redesigns the logo become nowadays logo.
  
• In year 2000, Google launched Google Adwords with 350 customers and the function of Google Adwords is for a quick and easy way for any business to advertise online. Furthermore, Google had came out with it's first April Fools " Mentalplex ".
• In year 2001, first international office of Google Inc. is at Tokyo.
  
• In 2002, 4000 news sources available online at Google News.
• In 2003, Google launched Google AdSense for the blogger to increase their revenue by showing Google ads on the blogger website.
• In 2004, social networking site named as Orkut launched and Google mail box, Gmail with 1gb of storage on April 1st, 2004.
  
• In 2005, Google launched Google Maps, iGoogle for user to personalize thier homepages, Google Reader, Google Talk and Google Analytics launched.
• In 2006, YouTube joins Google and Google application and document offered cloud-based computing.
• In 2007, Android Mobile Os. were announced and streetview launched in five U.S. cities.
• In 2008, Google had exist 10 years and launched Google Chrome as it is a chrome web browser with faster, safer and easier.
• In 2009, Google Earth and Google Wave launched.

Google has become very successful and top leading search engine against other search engine market leaders such as Yahoo, Lycos, Altavista and Excite. Beside that, Google Inc. has developed winning applications and they are Google Earth. Google Video, Google Maps and Gmail. Google was started as a scratch and now won the challenge against Microsoft.

Google has the winning business model because Google has a simple, clean, minimalistic user interface, no frills, just the logo and the search box and the most important is easy and fast to load compare to other search engine like Yahoo even thought Yahoo were the first search engine before Google came in. The reason why Google search engine still can become the world leading search engine compare to Yahoo search engine, this is because Google had a better understanding on psychology of perception and how the interaction brain works, it's search engine is fast and reliable compare with Yahoo and other search engines which were more like generalistic portals, full of confusion, full of useless features and useless links and full of annoying banner ads, and heavy and slow to load.

What is the main source of revenues of Google Inc.? The main source of revenues of Google Inc. is Google Adwords, it is a smart, innovative and risky business model to introduce and it is pay per click concept which mean Google earn revenue when users click one times. Furthermore, Google Inc. offered a free application for users to use such as Google Chrome, Google Maps, Google Earth, Google Video, Google Gmail, Google Talk and so on. This has make Google Inc. become a powerhouse with an impressive pipeline of great products. Most of the Google Inc.'s product are free, friendly use and reliability.

As you can see, Google Inc. is continuous improving, upgrading and creating products from time to time. Nowadays, people tend to choose Google to search for information rather than using other search engine. Example like, people like me do not understand other country language such as French, Korean, Japanese, Chinese and so on, we can use Google Translate to translate the language to our desire language so that we can understand and able communicate with other people that using different language. The Google Mail known as Gmail are doing well compare to other company's mail, many people are using it because Google offer huge storage, easy, fast load, more safety and the system know to detect which mail are spam and which mail are suppose in inbox.

Nowadays, many website regardless industry are using Google Search Engine as thier site search. I know this through my assignment web evaluation for the education industry, i found that most of the university website's site search are using Google Search Engine. This is because Google Search Engine able provide a more reliable search most of the time compare to other search engine company.

Google Chrome web browser has become one of the most important piece of software in my computer and this is because i use to spend much of my time online inside a browser by searching information for my assignment, facebook, youtube and read the news. Google Chrome is faster and quick to start up from my desktop compare to Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Besides that, it is simple, secure and can add more features in the Google Chrome web browser such as extensions, translation in the browser, themes, and more.

That is how and what make Google Inc. has a winning business model. Google is a great and always continue improve their products.
